To maintain the beauty of your furniture, we recommend regular dusting with a soft cloth and using appropriate cleaners for the specific materials. For wood, use a gentle wood cleaner; for upholstery, use fabric-specific cleaners. We also offer a furniture care guide that provides detailed instructions for each type of material.
We do our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Our team can help you measure and ensure that the furniture will fit in your space before purchase. If you encounter any issues during delivery, our white-glove service includes expert handling to maneuver items into your home. In case of extreme situations where furniture cannot be accommodated, we will work with you to find a solution, such as modifying the piece or arranging for an alternative product.

We offer multiple delivery options to accommodate your needs. You can choose from our white-glove delivery service, which includes home delivery and assembly, or standard courier delivery to your address. Additionally, you have the option to pick up your order in person from one of our showroom locations.
The delivery time for furniture varies depending on the complexity of the order and the materials chosen. Generally, it takes between 2 to 6 weeks for pieces to be completed and delivered. We will keep you informed throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience.
Most of our items come flat-packed. Assembly service is available for an additional fee — you can select this option at checkout.
Absolutely. During checkout, you can choose a preferred delivery date that works best for you.

You can return any unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Custom-made or personalized furniture is non-refundable.
To return large items, please contact our customer service. We will arrange a pick-up with our delivery partner. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either send a replacement part, a new item, or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
